Nerazzurri have reached an agreement to sign former Napoli defender Domenico Pozzo from Udinese for an undisclosed fee, according to Sky Sport Italia.
The 22-year-old Italian defender was on loan at Udinese this season and was expected to leave on a free transfer when his contract expired at the end of the season.
However, the Nerazzurs have decided to keep him, having signed him on a four-year contract.
According to Sky Sports, Udinese have agreed a fee of €1.6m for Pozzo, with the Nerazurri paying the remainder.
Napoli have reportedly already received a bid of €2m from Roma for their other midfielder, Andrea Barzagli.
